1.  How do I create a username?

There is a signup box in the home page.  Please enter the details under the signup box to create your username.

 

2.  I forgot my password?

Please click on the forgot password and follow the prompts to get your password reset.

 

3.  My class is not showing up in my list of classes. 

Please email cunysatracker@gmail.com or send a message in the "Contact Us" tab. 

 

4.  My attendance is is marked incorrectly.

If you believe your attendance record to be incorrect, please contact your professor directly.  Only the instructors of the class are able to change records.
